SABRE Stage II, Port Botany

Our BG40 has been back to work in CFA mode constructing 900mm CFA piles to RMS specifications. The piles are 15m deep with full depth reinforcement placed to align the “L” starter bars with the crane rail capping beam.

Moonee Bridge, Coffs Harbour

BSA has constructed the piled foundations for the bridge crossing Moonee Creek to 18m depth using temporary casings. Our crew were fortunate to mobilise to site just before the Covid-19 restrictions began to affect construction in the greater Sydney region.

Bombaderry Creek Bridge, Nowra

Our crews are successfully constructing bridge piles using permanent steel casings with column extensions up to 5m above ground. This technique is being adopted at the pier piles to eliminate the need for the column extensions to be constructed after the piles are built saving both time and cost for the project.

Botany Rd, Zetland

BSA are constructing a Secant Pile retaining wall using the Cased CFA method to ensure pile verticality and interlock. We have provided a design and construct solution to suit our client’s basement requirements.
