Project Description
Aqualand are building a new residential complex apartment as part of the Lindfield Village development in Lindfield. We were contracted to install the basement retention system and the foundation piles. The project consisted of 450mm and 600mm bored shoring piles, 54 foundation piles all of various diameters, 250 lineal metres of capping beam, 220 temporary rock anchors, 60 temporary rock bolts and 1500m2 of structural shotcrete.
Solutions
The solution was a soldier pile wall with 3 levels of rock anchors and a structural shotcrete between the piles.
