SUPPORTING BEST PRACTICES

We strive to provide best practice in safety, quality and the environment, with continuous improvement outcomes for all stakeholders.

Bachy Soletanche Australia are committed to continuous improvement where our policies, systems and procedures, combined with daily consultation in our pre-start meetings, allow us to improve each and every day we work.

In early 2007, we introduced an Integrated Management System (IMS) into our operations. The IMS is a third party accredited system for Quality, Safety and Environment in accordance with AS/ NZS ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environment) and AS 4801 (Health & Safety).

In 2017, the safety system was also accredited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC), which is part of the Australian Federal Government. Bachy Soletanche Australia is one of only two piling companies to achieve OFSC accreditation.

We are constantly striving to improve our safety performance, developing our culture and systems with the aim to achieve zero harm in the workplace.
