8 Phillip Street, Paramatta

Often we are required to work in confined/restricted areas and the new iconic 8 Philip St Tower project in Parramatta is no exception!

With two rigs working simultaneously, our crews are installing 260 secant piles, 8 x 1500mm diameter tower piles drilled to 38 metres in depth and 6 x plunge columns for 9 levels of basement. All while working in close proximity to a heritage listed church, positioned in center of the worksite.

A team effort with our client MN Builders to ensure the project is completed in a safe and productive manner.
